Elite Founding Corporation inspects, maintains and repairs passenger elevators, escalators and hydraulic elevators by trained and specialized technicians.
Elite Founding Corporation shall bear any losses or damages that may arise from its use of untrained workers specialized in maintenance, examination or repair.
Elite Founding Corporation provides a technician who will be present in the corporation within (24) hours to provide emergency service and repair emergency faults reported by the client.
Elite Founding Corporation carries out inspection, maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, lubrication and monthly repair work according to the instructions of the Civil Defense and includes the following:
In the engine room:
Check engine oil and make sure its normal
Check Pump For Hydraulic Elevators
brake pads check
Check brake function, adjust and lubricate axles
Check the belts and make sure they are safe

Check and adjust the speed regulator.
Room floor cleaning
Ensure that the electrical wiring in the room is safe
Ensure that there is no water leakage in the room
Ensure that there is no storage in the room
Ensure that the adaptation is operating in a proper condition.
In the elevator shaft:

Inspect the electrical connections at the top of the ascent and ensure their integrity.
Checking the revsion device in the case of rising, falling and stopping.
Check traction ropes and install ropes.

Inspect rope pulleys and make sure they are safe
Lubrication and lubrication of guides rising and weight.
Examination of cutters care walk.
Inspect role magnets
